Passionately working in the business since 2014, we are deeply sensitive to the needs of individuals and families who are either relocating to Australia or visiting for short term. That is where we step in to minimize your efforts! Our apartments come with a ready initial set up - they are fully furnished. All you need to do is move in with your luggage and everything else will be taken care off.

Presently, we are operating in Parramatta providing the best of services. All our apartments are centrally located and are close to transport links. Eating out has never been so easy with variety of restaurants just a stroll away. Our units are spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry and comfortable sleeping areas. Regular professional cleaning and unlimited Wi-Fi are the additional services we offer.

Can I choose who I share my apartment or room with?

We make every effort to match you with roommates who would be compatible with you and are as per your preferences.

Do you allow short term stays?

Yes, we do allow short term stays, but we expect our clients to notify us the checkout date, either two weeks in advance or at the time of booking.

Am I allowed to have guests stay overnight?

Sorry! We do not allow guests to stay overnight as it’s a shared accommodation and we respect the privacy of our valued customers.

What’s included in my rent?

Your rent includes gas, electricity, water and unlimited Wi-fi. You also get access to communal areas including a gymnasium and swimming pool if its available in the society.

Am I allowed to inspect the apartments before finalizing?

What is included in my bedroom?

We provide a standard single size bed with a mattress, pillow, bed-sheet set and a blanket. The room further has a side table and a built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding shutters.

Is public transport available to reach the apartment?

Public transport connectivity is one of the main considerations for the location of apartments. Train and bus stations are within 5 to 12 minutes walk. For exact walking distance please visit the maps for the property of your choice.

Do you provide kitchen utensils?

Yes, we provide all kitchen utensils, pots and pans including a rice cooker, cutlery and crockery. Our kitchen set up includes almost everything you would need for a start-up.

What type of accommodation do you provide?

Nivasa offers a range of apartments for you to choose from. You can choose your apartment and room type as per your requirement. We have 2 and 3-bedroom units where you can pick a room of choice for yourself or twin-share a room as need be.

Do you offer long stay discounts?
